At Taufaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your Taufaa product, we offer a hassle-free return to ensure our customer satisfaction.
We stand by the quality of our custom prints. If you experience any issues with print quality, color, or image deterioration over time, please contact us at support@taufaa.com.
SHIPPING GUARANTEE:
At TAUFAA, we recognize the importance of timely delivery and want to ensure you have peace of mind when ordering from us. To that end, we guarantee that all orders will be shipped within a maximum of 30 business days. Because the products at TAUFAA are handmade for you, so they require 4-8 business days before they are shipped.
CANCELLATIONS:
To cancel your order, please promptly reach out to our support team at support@taufaa.com. Once your order has been processed, cancellation requests will no longer be possible.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS RESOLUTION:
All defective or damaged products qualify for a free replacement without needing to return the items.
To initiate the damage claim process, please follow these steps:
1. Submit Evidence: Within 25 days of receiving your order, submit evidence of the damage to support@taufaa.com using images and/or video. The evidence should clearly depict the issue; additional proof may be requested if necessary.
2. Proof of Damage: Providing proof of damage is mandatory to qualify for a free reshipment. Products that are undamaged or lack proof of damage will not be eligible for reshipment.
3. Shipping Label: For any missing items in the package, please provide an image of the shipping label to facilitate the reshipment or refund process.
This resolution covers both full product damage and partial product damage scenarios.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
If you want to return/exchange the delivered product, please contact support@taufaa.com within 15 days of the delivery date.The product must be sent back to us in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed, exactly as it arrived. Return requests will not be valid after this period
Custom items, including customized clothing, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please ensure to check the sizing accurately before placing your order.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item (excluding any shipping fees) back to your original payment method.
Please note that custom items are not eligible for exchanges. We advise checking the sizing accurately before placing your order to ensure a proper fit.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES:
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an error on our end in processing your order. In case of our error, we will cover the return shipping fees.
If you need to return an item, please send it back to us at your own cost. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund or initiate the shipment of an alternative item, if applicable.
PROCESSING TIME FOR REFUND:
Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank's policies and procedures.
PayPal refunds are received instantly once processed.
