Production and Delivery Time: Our items are produced upon order to ensure their uniqueness and quality. Please allow 3-7 business days for production. Please note that this time is in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time, which refers to the time it takes for your product to reach you, is separate from production time. It's important to consider both production and delivery times when placing your order. If you have a specific deadline for the arrival of your Taufaa item, we recommend allowing sufficient time.

Order Confirmation and Tracking: Once you place your order, we will send you an email summarizing all the details. If your shipment is trackable, we will include the tracking ID in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Time: Shipping time varies depending on the destination country and the product. It typically ranges between 2-16 business days and is in addition to the production time.

Shipping Carrier: We primarily use local mail carriers for shipping. If your package includes tracking, we will provide you with a link to the carrier's website for tracking purposes.

Order Tracking: Some products come with tracking, while others do not. We will send you an email once your order ships, including the tracking ID (if available) and instructions on how to track it.

Order Changes and Cancellation: Once your order is placed, it is sent for production immediately to ensure prompt delivery and efficient production times. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please double-check your shipping and billing information for accuracy before placing your order. Any errors in the address may result in undeliverable packages or items sent to the wrong address. Taufaa cannot be held responsible for missing packages or lost items due to address issues. However, please remember that we have a 100% happiness return policy, and if you require any order changes (such as sizing, refunds, or exchanges), you can visit our Return/Exchange page.

What to Expect from Your Taufaa Product: Our T-shirts and Tank tops are created using flat-press printing techniques, allowing us to produce them quickly while maintaining quality. Occasionally, you may notice some white lines around the neck or under the arm where the print didn't fully adhere. This is normal and unavoidable. While we strive to produce our products as closely as possible to the online preview, there might be slight variations in image placement. However, we do our best to ensure that what you see is what you get!

Care Instructions for Your Taufaa Product: To maintain the longevity of your Taufaa product, we highly recommend hand washing or using a cold, gentle cycle and hanging them to dry. Our prints are vibrant and durable, so you can enjoy wearing them for a long time without worrying about peeling or fading.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards from any country, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Certain Visa and Mastercard Debit cards are also accepted. Additionally, we offer the option to pay through PayPal.

Additional Fees: We do not charge any handling or processing fees. However, please note that you may be responsible for paying customs clearance or duty fees upon receiving your order.

Troubleshooting Payment Issues: If you encounter any difficulties with your order, please ensure that the billing address you entered matches the address associated with your credit/debit card. If the issue persists, you can try selecting PayPal as the payment method during checkout.
